I've purchased Voltas AC on **th Feb ****. It has not been working since I've purchased. Many technicians visited my home for the repair but they couldn't repair it as there is a product defect. I've contacted the Voltas customer service centre but they didn't respond at all in replacing the defected product. I've tried contacting them many times but there is no response at all. Hence I'm proceeding to file a case against Voltas.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
