We have purchased the AC in the year of **** March **th from Bajaj Electronics hyderabad(reason Indian company),next day service person came and installed our ac from *st Apr **** we are using ac since may **** end, at the time of may ending we went to my mothers place for my delivery so we were not used we came back to hyderabad in july first week baby is just *month so we were not switched on our AC.
Next summer came i.e **** we switched on AC at march ending its not getting cooled we called service center and informed , technician visisted and informed there is no gas you have to filled the gas we informed him that this is new AC we nit even used for * months how can the gas got empty but he is not responded and asked for ****/- for gas filling , we are declained to pay since its in under *year why we are charging we raised our voices , he filled and went off with given job sheet we used until August *st week.
again this year came **** the same problem araised , this time i called service center person explained my problem he is simply saying your mother board is not working and gas is not there so asked us to pay gas filling charges and mother board repair charges.
so we worried why this problem is coming every year since we bought so asked service person to provide permanent solution he denied and he talked very rudely with arrogant he is imagined us as fake and talks rubbish i have every recording of what he talk.
this is summer temperatures are increasing day by day we are not understanding what is the problem with our AC please provide some permanent solution other wise we refund our money we will not purchase indian company again so much lost our patience , im not including what servicing persons talks with us.
