Voltas - Ac cooling Problem

I have bought a window AC of *.* Ton in the year **** and again I bought a window AC *.* Ton in ****-** of voltas because of voltas name in manufacturing of AC. I am satisfied with this ac and till today I don’t face any problem with it. Due to this reason I have bought another Split Ac of Voltas in April ****. But I am very disappointed to buy this AC. The day I bought it start troubling me. AC cooling was not proper from the first day. Sometimes I find water splitting on the floor from AC, I complaint many time regarding this but the serviceman told your ac was not installed properly that why some water come inside. But installation would also do by Voltas authorized person. After that one-day compressor was not working the authorized serviceman charged RS.**** for a refill of gas. But from the next day, we again feel the problem of cooling. Then service man excused us by saying it the effect of refilling of gas. Now I saw some ice on the compressor it indicates that gas is leakage from it. During this, we complain Voltas service centre much time but we did not get any call from them. Now I am frustrated by it and really very disappointed with Voltas. So please change my split Ac because it has a manufacturing defect. For your reference bill and photo are attached with this mail.
