In January ****, I purchased a Lloyd *.* ton * star split inverter ac . Since I purchased this air conditioner, I have not been satisfied with it. I have been having cooling problems for the past *.* years, and no one has been able to fix them.worst brand experience I have ever seen, and I believe I wasted INR **,***. Could you please investigate this? If not, I'll go to the consumer court and submit a complaint.
Additionally, they constantly charge for visits and never address the problem; instead, they consistently offer pathetic justifications. This time, the AC capister were substituted, albeit it is still operational. I'm not sure why they did this, as I'm still having cooling problems and nobody can come fix them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
