Lloyd AC - AC Installation delay

I want to file a complaint against Flipkart and Jeeves regarding extremely poor and misleading AC installation service.

My AC installation was scheduled on * May ****, but even after * days and * complaints, the installation is still pending. Initially, technician Bhawani Singh failed to visit and only gave missed calls at late-night hours to falsely mark customer contact attempts. Later, the technician was changed, but the issue remains unresolved.

The newly assigned technician is now claiming shortage of installation accessories. Every day, the promised TAT is breached, and installation dates are being rescheduled without my permission or confirmation.

This entire process appears highly unprofessional and misleading, causing continuous harassment, inconvenience, and waste of time.

I request:

*. Immediate AC installation.
*. Compensation for delay and mental harassment.
*. Proper action against service negligence and unauthorized rescheduling.
