Vodafone - Abusing on phone

First of all, I have made a request to Vodafone for postpaid connection. Vodafone executive call me and explain me about some plan. And told me for the security deposit to paid at the time of registration that is refundable in the bill after a month or whenever​ I need or at time of number closing.
I ask him about my previous balance, that was not cleared​.
After that I told him I will consider on it after I receive my refund.
Now they are calling and abusing with me. I also had made wrong words at time. They calling me using different numbers.
