Go First Air - About Date change

My brother wife n nephew is traveling tomorrow from Srinagar to Sharjah under pnr no B*VGRF but due to some unfortunate circumstances they are not able to travel tom -I requested travel agent and airline customer care but they are not give any proper procedure for date change n as per them it’s not possible.while as other all airlines make date change easily.
