Shraddha Bobde filed complaint against Go First Air on Feb 10, 2023
I called customer care at Go the first airline to check the amount regarding the date change after that I told him not to change the date and without my confirmation, he changed the travel date. When I raised the complaint this airline didn't bother to reply or clarify my query regarding the extra amount and who will bare the cost.
Now I am tired to call them and taking a follow with them...
I want my full refund..because this is not my mistake .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
