Skill Lync and Eduvanz - about cancel course

I joined pg program in ev design and development and at starting i paid **** and after that **** and **** of *St emi after that **** rs are dedicated from my ACC. At the time of joining course they don't tell me about cancellation of course . i am not financially stable and facing financial issue to pay this emi because my whole family is depend on me and I require to manage this whole family and I not getting time to complete this course i tell this problem to all teacher but every time they just tell about getting good pacakge and from starting I don't want to join course but every time they convence me by giving pacakge hopes i tell my problem also by raising ticket on website but they are not telling me about cancle process and also not giving reply to my calls sir pleae help me to cancle this course because I am not able to pay . Please help me
