Sir/ Madam,
I had ordered an embroidered kurti frombMyntra and due to bad quality I made a return issue on **st January. But due to seal tag number mismatch they had not took return. After that I regularly contact with customer care. And now they had a excuse that due to seal tag missing they can't take return. But I had seal tag attached with the kurti. Now kindly look into it. If the number of the seal tag not matching it is not my fault.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
