Aditya Birla capital finance ltd - ABFL Agents Harassing Spouse and Trespassing on Sundays with Workplace Defamation

I am a borrower of Aditya Birla Finance Limited (ABFL), and I am filing this complaint against the brutal, illegal, and unprofessional recovery tactics used by their employees—Sunil Pal (Manager), Nilesh, and Ananta.

Despite my continuous cooperation and a personal visit to their office on Jan **, ****, to resolve financial hardships caused by a major job loss, the bank has resorted to criminal-level harassment:

Workplace Defamation: Agents Ananta Wagh and Nilesh contacted my professional circle, colleagues, and superiors, disclosing my private loan details and photographs. This targeted shaming led to trigger my resignation on Dec *, ****, and a loss of my INR *.** Lakh monthly income.

Abuse of Spouse: Agents sent highly offensive WhatsApp messages to my wife ("Pati kidhar chupa") and threatened to visit her parental home. They forced her to pay INR **,*** for my loan emi, leading to a severe matrimonial rift and divorce talks.

Illegal Sunday Trespass: On Sunday, Jan **, ****, at **:** AM, agent Nilesh trespassed on my property on Sunil Pal’s orders, violating the RBI ban on Sunday visits. My wife and *.*-year-old son were forced to hide in terror due ro erstwhile watsup msg/calls recall in mind.

I have already registered an RBI Ombudsman Complaint (Ref: N***************) and a Police NC (No: *****************) at Police Station.
