My postpaid payment option is not showing on my android phone since last ** days though I have an active postpaid lite loan account vide no -PYTMPPABFL********* which is active now. Several requests have been submitted by help & support chats sent and submitted to the concerned Postpaid Loan Assistant but to no effect till date.Thus, we are now help less to use a single amount of the available limit. Will the convenience fee for January **** on my loan account be charged against me even if I have not used a single amount of the sanctioned limit? Who will be responsible for this ?
