Dot and key - A missing product in the order

I ordered few products from Dot&key and the products were a roll on, a serum and a sunscreen. When I received the package there was an item missing I filed a complaint on the same day which was **th march after contacting them and explaining them everything they came with a response that they have done checked and verified everything but no product was missing now I called them again and the customer service had no answer and no resolution for it even after explaining them that the box they sent the package in couldn’t have filled another product in the package I would not suggest anyone fall for their trap and order anything from Dot&key
