Dot and key - Fraudulent Claim of COD for a Prepaid Payment Order Amount Rs 695

I placed an order with Dot & Key (Order #*******) on March **, ****, for an amount of Rs. ***.**.
This was a PREPAID order, and the payment was successfully made via UPI (Transaction ID proof attached).
The brand cancelled the order from their end. However, when I requested a refund, their customer support (WhatsApp) falsely claimed that the order was Cash on Delivery (COD) and refused to initiate the refund.
I have provided the brand with a screenshot of my Order History from their official website, which clearly shows the status as "PAID", along with the bank transaction proof.
Despite providing all evidence, the company has failed to refund my money and is providing incorrect information.
