Lloyd - A Lloyd did not responding on my complaints

Hello sir i am from modasa(gujarat) . About * year ago we purchased a washing machine from Lloyd official dealer in the modasa. But in six months the drain switch didn't perform as usual so we requested to service the washing machine at that time problem solved by your technicians. but now we have seen same problem with water linkage from front side of the machine machine and the doors of washing machine didn't stay open without any support. This time we also requested to service the washing machine but this time the technician came to service the washing machine but they went without repair the linkage and switch because of they don't have the parts of washing machine and when they open the washing machine i found that the very cheap quality of parts used by lloyd every parts are covered by scrap i attached some pics and linkage video
I request you to please replace our washing machine
We discussed this problem with Lloyd service center and the head of the area but no solution..
