Attached the receipt for the Refund for the excess baggage as I paid at the counter for it
before upgrading myself to Business class on the airplane.

*) Copy of the upgrade to Business class.
I would like to get my refund
As the airlines mentioned, I have to send out an email. Please let me know if you need any details from my side.
Let me know when I can send you my account details for the transfer.
I wanted to update you that I have moved to India for good and not going to return to SFO so they mentioned that I can give you bank account details as required.
