Dear sir,
This refers to the above mentioned subject, i.e. we had purchased a HITACHI A.C. model No. ***c***** on **.**.**. from VIJAYA SALES BHOSARI installed on **.**.** by your authorised service centre - Comfort Cooling System. Somehow this unit used hardly *-* months, i.e. in summer. While using, it was noticed that cooling is not there & we registered a complained with you & the servicing person came & noticed that GAS FULLY LEAKAGED & he filled the gas & sealed Joint. That time we have told them also we need replacement of the unit. But no feed back received & somehow it was used. Again this month we noticed that same problem is there no cooling or not a single drop of water coming from the pipe. We registered a complaint on **.**.** & a person (Mr. Ismail) came from service centre ( SRI SADGURU ), yesterday & confirmed that having leakage in compressor outlet. The same person done gas filling & joint sealing last time also. Within ** months of installation this is happened.
Now our concern is that after installing an A.C. unit for summer season, no benefit of it to us. So I hereby request you to kindly replace the unit or compensate to us. We cann't bear the loss of money . Your expeditious action on this will be highly appreciated.
ALSO WE HAVE REGISTERED OUR COMPLAINT ON **.**.****, STILL NOT CLEARED...
