Raymond India - Quality issue in Tailoring

I had purchased and stitched * pairs of pants and shirts at Raymond Shop in Aluva, Kerala. They have used a low quality material for collar, hand cuff and button strip of the shirts and it became fully damaged after the first wash. When I took the shirt to the shop, they have admitted that it was a mistake but they were not ready to replace or refund the money.
The pants stitched were not as per the measurements given and it is still useless even after * round of alteration. I had given the complaint to Raymond Grievance team and they even not responded after acknowledging my first email.
The service what I have received is a complete unprofessional and I need to have the refund of the money what i have paid.
