We were trying to restore our website from backup done by Godaddy on **th and it got failed in the middle which made the website crashed. We raised a ticket they said it will take ** hours to resolve. GoDaddy support ticket number is ATS-*****.
today almost * days passed they have not resolved the issue and still giving ** hours time every day they give ** hour time and nothing happens
we lost our **-day sales on the website and their backup file also not good so we can migrate to somewhere else.

Error- godadd Restore function not working which is part of their plan.
