This Message Is Regarding The Order Number ********************* I Would Like To Bring To Your Kindest Attention That I Had Complained Twice Previously About The Product Not Getting Delivered To Me And Your Entire Delivery Team From The Office Not Receiving My Calls When The Delivery Date Was **th. After A Continuous Follow Up After Days Myntra Team Delivered The * Packages. They Were All Cellotaped From The Bottom When I Found There Were Just Newspapers Inside The Package. Luckily There Was * Levis Trousers In One The Package And The Next * Was Filled With Papers Plastics And Cardboard. I Returned Immediately The Trouser Which I Had Received. I Complained About It On The Same Day And I Received A Mail Saying That My Claim Has Been Denied On *th November.
I Have Already Paid For The Product And I Have Put My Trust In Faith In The Company. I Feel Completely Cheated As A Customer Because Of The Shameful Act Conducted By Myntra Team.

On Top Of That I Was Being Told That I Will Get A Call From Myntra Team For Examination. Still Nothing Was Done And No Priorities Were Given To Your Customer. I Called Up The Logistic Team And They Told They Were Not Contacted By Any Of The Myntra Executive And There Is No Complaint Being Registered To Adressing To The Logistic Team On What Basis Have They Declined The Claim? And Examinations Is Done From Both Ends Then Why Was I Not Called By Your Team Regarding The Same? This A Clear Cheating And Unlawful Thing Done By You. On Top Of That I Had Spoken To The Logistics Head. He Told Me That Myntra Should Refund The Money For My Loss And Somtimes The Delivery Boys Do Such Tampering Things. I Have His Call On Record
Please Take The Issue More Seriously And Please Deliver Me My Products.
