Sir,
I have placed an order on https://in.puma.com on **/**/****. My order number was *********.
They assigned the xpressbees to deliver the shipment. The tracking number of the shipment was **************. * (Four) items were supposed to be delivered but only * (One) item was delivered inside the package. After consulting the delivery partner, they told me to call the puma customer care. Puma agents are refusing to accept the issue and have closed the case from their end. I have all the pictures and video of package which I have received. The invoice is pasted on the package saying it contains * footwear articles but only * box of shoes was inside the package. It is not possible that * articles can be packed inside that single small package. I have mailed them many times regarding the issue but my efforts have gone all in vain. This thing has severely affected my mental state . I'm left with no option other than to proceed to court of law.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
