I purchased voltas ac *.*ton in March **th June ****.with in same months cooling problem . We raised complaint to showroom owner and the was replaced AC . but Again we faced same issue after * day .and raised complaint against and their technician came and adjusted and again from next day same problem. But after some day (while it shouldn’t have taken so long time ) problem was solved. After * month when I start again ac coz its summer time I face same issue again and again I called technical team but this time your service team doesn’t give a proper response. Post that multiple visit done by technician but unable to resolve the issue.
Govt work also gets done quickly but your service is quite inferior. And voltas service staff is so rubbish.
Dear Team Kindly help me i l worst my money to by this ac .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
