Arastu Zakia Nambiar filed complaint against Indigo on Dec 10, 2024
I had booked a flight from Dharamshala to Mumbai. Indigo divided it into Dharamshala - Chandigarh via *E-**** and Chandigarh - Mumbai via *E-****. A day before my travel, they cancelled the Dharamshala - Chandigarh flight due to operational reasons and I had to make last minute and very inconvenient arrangements to travel to Chandigarh myself and then take the Chandigarh - Mumbai flight. I had paid a total of **,*** INR for my flight and as a refund for cancelling the Dharamshala - Chandigarh flight, Indigo gave me a paltry refund of **** INR. For this too, I had to fight with their customer care over call, for which the recording will be with them, and then via the booking partner - GoIbibo - where the Indigo supervisor said she will arrange a call from their side and no one ever called. This is shameful behaviour. I want a fair refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
