Mai do product ke liye return raise ki thi ek product mera ** may ko pick-up ho chuka tha refund ke liye bank detail manga to mai ** may ko bank detail update kr chuki thi lekin mera refund ** may tk nhi aaya customer care ko call ki to unhone koi complaint raise nhi kiya
*nd product mera ** may ko pick-up ho chuka tha aur status me returns canceled show kr rha tha aur iska refund bhi mujhe nhi diya gya aur ** may ko mera account block kr diya bina kisi reason ke ab mai refund mang rhi hu to unka khna hai account block hai koi refund nhi milega aur mera manna hai ki jb product sellers ke pass Chala gya to mujhe mera refund kyu nhi mileage aur waise bhi mera account ** ko block hua hai aur mera pick-up to phle hi ho gya tha

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
