Zingbus - 1 hour delay from the departure time

Hello Sir / Madam
I am Rajan G. Nair, i booked a ticket online through redbus from Rajkot to Jamnagar dated **th Oct **, Departure time was **.** pm, pick up point was Big Bazar, Ring Road, Rajkot, Bus No. GJ**BW****, from **.** i was waiting for the bus and when the time crossed **pm i called on the Marshals no. **********, this number was provided by Zing bus through message, when i called on this number the answering machine replied transferring to the respective person and when the person picked the call he did not reply properly, he told he will be late by ** min. After ** mins i again called on the above given number several times, but the answering machine use to transfer the call and then disconnect, so there was no proper response from the driver. Then the bus arrived at **.** pm when I asked the driver he replied very harshly that its as per the companies decision, talk to the travels. I am not responsible for delay. The bus was very untidy in this Pandemic situation, also they did not provide water which was kept for the passengers.
So kindly look into the matter and do the needful from your end. kindly reply as soon as possible.

Zingbus policy allows non-prime users to get * full cancellation in ** days, if the ticket is canceled more than * hours ago. And I canceled it * hours ago. Yet the company is not allowing me refund.
