Berger express paint - waterproofing work

I employed Berger to do waterproofing to fix seepage in one of the beams in my house.

Berger assigned a professional who visited my house and recommended full waterproofing of my terrace to fix the problem. He gave a quotation and mentioned that the work will have ** years warranty. The quotation was for Rs.**,***. I agreed to this and got the work done.

Now within about a month of the work being completed, I see the seepage problem is not resolved. I have called their helpdesk multiple times but they make promises of resolving the matter within *-* days and no action is taken. I have contacted the person who did the work multiple times, he also gives some lame excuses and doesn't show any signs of solving the problem.

While all these things are going on, the beam which has the problem, I saw pieces of it falling off yesterday.

I would expect the money that I have paid to be returned along with a similar amount as compensation to fix the seepage problem from some other vendor
