nestaway - Unnecessary security amount charges deducted

I was staying in oceanus apartment,Bangalore and left the property last month.Before we shifted to the house, the kitchen condition was terrible, kitchen shelves were rotten, the house was not at all clean. both the geysers in the bathrooms were not working, We called the urban clap guy with our own money and got everything cleaned. Our property manager was not at all supportive. We escalated him *-* times, still, no other manager was assigned to us. He always told us to raise tickets for repair and all after that he told us you need to pay those charges to a plumber, etc. Despite all this, Now when we left the property in a perfect condition( Inspected by the nestaway) now they deducted painting charges Rs **,*** and move out charges Rs **** You said I will be paid off with my full security deposit after I vacate my house for which I paid **, *** rs. Did you guys provided us new painted house then how can you charge us for painting charges ?? and also we paid **** before moving to the house as a move in charge.
How absurd of you, Seriously this is beyond a level of harassment. I am not going to pay for Rs ***** for painting charges and **** for move-out charges because I have already paid **** rs as move-in charges before shifting to the property. Kindly look into the matter as the manager ,inspection guy all are telling us to contact customer care , who are not attending the calls
