"I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Story TV regarding an unauthorized deduction of ₹*** from my account via autopay today. I did not give permission for this transaction, nor did I intend to subscribe to the service. I have already cancelled the autopay mandate from my payment app to prevent further charges. Despite attempting to contact their support at support@storytv.asia, I have not received a resolution. I request a full refund of ₹*** to my original payment method immediately."
