I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration as a long-standing customer of Myntra. I have never encountered such poor service with any other shopping platform. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident; I’ve been facing ongoing issues with Myntra for quite some time. Recently, I placed a return request due to a size issue, but despite repeated attempts, no one has come for the pickup or reached out to me. Instead, my return was falsely marked as “rejected due to quality check failure,” which is entirely untrue. I’ve contacted Myntra around *-* times to resolve this, but each time, I either receive unhelpful responses, scripted replies, or empty promises that the issue will be resolved within ** hours. Yet, the return remains on hold with no clear updates or reasons. This is a recurring issue for me, as deliveries are often incorrectly marked (e.g., “customer not at home”), delayed, or the return process becomes unnecessarily complicated. I am willing to provide photos of the product with all required tags for verification.
Please escalate this matter urgently and process my refund. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to consider legal action against Myntra.
