Vastrova - Return and refund not initiated

I had ordered an unscheduled dress from this website. We have received a damaged dress which is even torn & not at all worth Rs. ****. After complaining they are replying that we cannot refund as the product is good. This is a fraud website. Please help and take legal action. We are not able to trust any online website after this purchase.
