I am writing to request a refund for my order (ID: ***************) from SFC Soya Chaap (Shalimar Bagh) that I placed through your platform on * February ****.
Unfortunately, I received an incomplete and partially consumed order, which was disappointing. I have attached an image and the bill for your reference.

I would appreciate it if you could process a refund for this order as soon as possible.
However, I am extremely disappointed that despite my initial email (Request Id-********), I haven't received any response or update from your team in over ** hours. As a customer, it's unacceptable to experience such a delay in resolving my issue.
I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a refund or a suitable resolution.
