My below ticket has been canceled by the airline due to COVID on *th April ***** my order id is-****************** and a full refund initiated to happy easy go account on ** July **** from Indigo with transaction no- *********, but still, after several discussion with customer care and mail communication, happy easy go are not processing my refund amount.
More than ** days already passed as per the last discussion.
