On *st of nov **** i have received Valtos Engineered Wood Shoe Rack same day the technician visit done for installation.During installation it was found that shoe rack is defective the drawer is not functioning properly and the doors are not closing properly.Hence i requested for the return and the technician uninstalled the product and packed it as it is.I requested for the return same day after few days i got call from Jeevas technician care for uninstallation and told the fact that the same guy who came for installation uninstalled and packed the product.So they cancel the ticket after few minutes my refund is rejected by seller. I called Flipkart customer support they told dont worry please raise return request again on *th of Nov ****.
This time no one called from Technician team and my request stucked for few days . one day i got call from Flipkart Customer support they told no technician visit will be happened as your product is already uninstalled and packed it will be returned and refunded.But unfortunately that was not happened and in between my return policy date(**th of Nov ****) expired . Calling Flipkart Customer Support, raised many tickets no resolutions received although they keep assuring me that this is not your fault sir your money will be refunded like that almost * month over.
So i compelled to raise complain against Flipkart.
