This parcel was dispatched on **thJan****from Bangalore and had to be delivered within Bangalore. It is more than ** hours and it has not be delivered yet. The customer is really angry and she wants the refunded as the content in the parcel was required for the Sankranti festival.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
