DeoDap International Private Limited - NonDelivery of Order Refund Denied Despite Warehouse Return Timely Complaint within

Dear Voxya Team and DeoDap Concerned,
I placed an order on DeoDap.in on ** February **** for * piece kashmiri earring and * oil dispenser Order ID: #U****-**-*******. Total amount paid: ₹****. Payment via UPI
The order was cancelled by mistake because of some misunderstanding . But Within just * minutes of cancelling the order, I immediately called the delivery boy to inform and request for delivery. However, the delivery boy first assured "kal mil jayega", then changed to "Monday mil jayega". On Monday, when I followed up, he said the product has been returned to the warehouse and "nahi mil payega".
I contacted DeoDap support immediately (within *-* days of the issue arising) via WhatsApp and email, explaining the full situation. They responded that Once the product reaches the warehouse, the refund will be processed accordingly. . Order tracking confirms the product has reached the warehouse.
Despite this promise and timely intimation, when I followed up for the refund, they now refuse by claiming "complaints only within ** days", even though my complaint was raised well within time (*-* days from the non-delivery issue). I also sent a detailed email on * March ****, but no reply in * days. Latest WhatsApp response: "We are unable to assist you with this matter."
This is a clear case of non-delivery/failure to deliver after misleading assurances, improper handling of early cancellation request, and unfair denial of refund despite warehouse return and timely complaint. It amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
Attached evidence includes:
Order confirmation and payment receipt (₹****).
Screenshots of call/communication with delivery boy (*-min attempt, assurances, warehouse return statement).
WhatsApp/email chats with DeoDap (their refund promise on warehouse arrival, "unable to assist").
Order tracking screenshot showing warehouse return.
Copy of the email sent to them (no reply).
I demand:
Full refund of ₹**** to my original payment method immediately.
Reasonable compensation for mental harassment, time wasted, and inconvenience (e.g., ₹***-**** as deemed fit).
Immediate resolution and explanation.
Please escalate this to DeoDap urgently and help secure a fair outcome.
