I ordered a product from Myntra but received a wrong item (T-shirt instead of the actual product).
I raised a complaint and provided proof, but Myntra denied my refund request saying the product was delivered correctly.
This has caused financial loss and mental harassment. Despite multiple follow-ups, no proper resolution has been provided.
I request immediate refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
