Snapdeal.com - mentioned instead of the fake product

i have ordered refurbished apple iPhone *s plus but i received an used iPhone * which is too old series and i need the reply for my issue!!!!! EVEN the accessories are fake and box delivered from shopclues and charger and earphones are fake , no manual card no sim ejector as mentioned in your product description
*) i need the product mentioned instead of the fake product (refurbished apple iPhone *s plus) or
*) refund me the money for apple iPhone *(less than the rate which I bought for)
