nestaway - Mandatory charges applied without asking

I took a flat on rent through Nestaway from *st March ****. For some reason, I took an internal transfer and shifted to another room. There was increased in my rent by *** and also in the deposit. However, the room I shifted it was shared by one more person. She too shifted in the same month and was paying lesser rent than me. Same room different rent amount. However, they told me it is what it is. Now from the month of April, they have started a new scheme calling it "Assure" saying it is a maintenance service costing Rs ***/Month. My rent already is Rs **** and all the services will be done free of cost for a month, But the real catch here is we don't require monthly maintenance and the money will go waste. Nestaway, however, charges more than what the rate of the flats are nearby and they are looting us by asking for such mandatory payment. Can you help us with this?
