I have booked for * dth connections online by paying ***/- rupees on *st march **** with reliance big tv, they promised for installation within ** to ** days. But it has been already ** months still installation is not happening.in mean time the name of the company changed from rbigtv to independent tv, now this new company owned by same old owners says my details are missing in their system & from past ** months they are passing time saying today & tomorrow. I have all the details like booking i. D[protected] and credit card transaction reference number. The same details are shared with company through mail & call many times, but of no use
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
