Complaint Details:
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a deposit made on the Parimatch platform. Despite my bank account being debited, the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet.

The Issue:
I contacted Parimatch support, and they verified the transaction, confirming it was "pending." I was promised that the money would be credited to my wallet within ** hours. However, more than * days have passed, and I have received no further assistance or updates via mail or chat support. My money is stuck, and the team is now unresponsive.
Requested Action:
I request Voxya to intervene and help me get my deposited amount credited to my Parimatch account immediately or initiated as a refund to my original bank account. I have all the screenshots of the transaction and chat history as proof
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
