IDFC first bank - Fraud on Providing loan Loan Details Now asking for charges to close the Loan

In the month of November, I have connected Paisa Bazzar.com for Loan, from there someone from IDFC bank contacted me & offered me loan at lowest interest rate as low as *% over call & after several calls discussion/ vitrification the person came to home to collect documents, & insist me to signe the blank form as he will give me the details of ROI & Charges once Loan approved from his bank, since I was almost finalized with HDFC bank at **.** ROI & * lakh. As promised by him higher amount & lower ROI. On **st November,** I received a Text from my bank account of amount received of Rs. ***,***/- from IDFC Bank, Immediately I have contacted the person but he is not taking calls, so on same day I have mailed to him & Bank itself for reversal of Loan. Since no details was provided to me such as Loan No., Customer Relation ship Number, ROI, Charges, Sectioned Loan amount, I am unable to raise complain at Customer care as the need LAN or Customer Relationship Number, After several followups & reminders emails, on **nd July,** I received my welcome letter & Loan payment scheduled. Since day one I was following for Loan reversal as nor required to me on such high interest & mostly for making fool to customer. Till today No resolution Provided by IDFC Bank. Even imposed the foreclosed charges, & other charges of bounce EMI. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
