Abhilash Pattanaik filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 7, 2022
On the *th of August I purchased a laptop from Flipkart worth *,**,*** via my credit card and it being such a high valued order I was told that order was placed on hold and that I have to upload a copy of my PAN Card to process the order further which I did right away. But since then I have no status of the order and I constantly getting mails that the order is getting delayed. I have tried to reach out to Flipkart regarding this but I only get connected to the robotic customer care service of their which is same as speaking to an IVR because they are simple reading out plain texts which have been taught to them in training. Neither they are cancelling my order nor shipping it and I am being held hostage by paying such a huge amount and have to dance to their tunes now.
