Wazirx exchange - dispute is settled but still didn t get USDT

Mayur wagh filed complaint against Wazirx exchange on May 24, 2021

I have used p*p service provided by wazirx. I wanted to buy **** USDT. Wazirx gave me account details of the seller. I paid to him. Then the seller not confirmed the payment. I gave all payment proofs to wazirx. After * weeks seller confirmed the payment and dispute settled, but still I didnt received USDT. And it shows that order is closed. I am trying to contact wazirx support but its robotic answer machine does not understand my issue. It replied me with other topics which is not related with this issue.
What should I do?
