Spicejet - Denied Boarding Compensation not provided

I was denied boarding the SpiceJet flight (SG****) from Delhi to Srinagar on **/**/****. I was promised a ***% refund of my base fare (subject to a maximum of Rs **,***) as compensation for denied boarding. I was travelling for a holiday and this caused a lot of disruption to all my scheduled plans. I had to spend a lot of money to reschedule my entire trip along with an additional loss of pay for the extended trip duration. When I reached out to the airline, they claim that they can only consider Rs **** as the base fare for a ticket that I paid Rs **** (less than **%) and also refused to provide any break-up of fares for my ticket. Any help on this will be much appreciated!
