I placed an order from Amazon for the Honor *GB RAM and **GB mobile on **-Jan-****, but I received the Honor *GB RAM and **GB mobile
So, I gave a call to Amazon and raised concern for this after that they raised an Investigation on this. After I gave an call couple of times to get the update on this. During my discussions with one of the Amazon Executive member, I asked about the Investigation status for my product, then they confirmed me that they (Amazon) sent a wrong product i.e. instead Of Honor *GB RAM and **GB Mobile they sent Honor *GB RAM and **GB Mobile to me. So,
I requested them to replace with the correct product since I received a wrong product. But they completely denied my request and they asked me to return this product to initiate the refund amount though I am not asking for any refund. And they are saying there is no replacement for this product, I was wondering why they are not ready to replace with the correct product since they sent a wrong product. Also, they literally disconnected my call (twice). Again I called them even one more executive also said the same and again that guy also disconnected my call. Also, they were saying, that they don't have another option. But I am not asking any other thing, just requesting them to replace with the correct product since already they agreed that they sent an wrong to product to me.
Also, I am ready to return the product as per Amazon guys were suggested but if I want to buy the same product again then I have to pay an extra **** Rs more. This is only my concern, why should I pay the extra amount for their (Amazon) mistake (Amazon already agreed that they did the mistake).
Could you please help me with this.
