My query is regarding visa application via MMT (NV***********). I cannot even describe, how bad this service is. A lady from MMT visa team called me. I was not able to take her calls as the calls were made during my office hours. I went back home and called her but their team leaves at *:** around in evening it seems hence nobody picked up the Landline. I called (given to me by them) the next morning also before going to the office at around *:**. No one picked up the call then also. She called me again during my office hours. I told her to call back in some time. She never did that. Again the next day she called me and although I was busy I took her call as she denied to take calls post I reach home. She explained to me the requirements for around ** minutes. She was very rude and when I asked some reason for few documents which kind of sounded weird to me (like even after providing my offer letter and my last * months pay slip from the company along with the rental agreement, she wanted a letter from the company stating that I work in that company). When I enquired Wipro (My company) GIMS (Globa Immigration Dept) for that letter, they told there is no such letter required & available with them and offer letter & payslip proves. I am working in Wipro anyways. I put all my comments in the mail to which she did not revert on mail but insisted me on taking a call. It was very difficult again to attend the call during office hours & hence again a day past by.
The ultimate shock was yet to come. She dropped me a mail with a requirement that was not discussed on call & was completely absurd. She told me to share the NOC from my Wife's parents. I explained to her that we are marrying & only post that we will be travelling for our honeymoon. I am sharing the wedding card also. Why do I require NOC to travel with my wife? How can she even ask for that? She again rudely replied. She was very rude, never wanted to understand anything & just kept on dictating her orders only whatever the case may be. Finally, she rudely told that she will send the documents to the embassy without validating whatever we want, but then we are responsible for rejection of that. I told her that I have been through several visa agents & even googled it & hence just want you to re-check on the requirement. Also, I explained that my only point was that I might travel even in future with my wife & cannot take NOC every time for that. Nobody does that.
Finally, she was stubborn enough not to listen to any of my comments & keep on iterating she is ready to do whatever we want but then we are responsible for visa rejection. I was pissed off with her attitude & finally decided to cancel my application via MMT. Although they still deducted around **** odd INR for no reason while processing my refund also. This was the worst ever experience I had with MMT. Would certainly not recommend MMT to anyone at least for visa application

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
