I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding four deposits that I made to my Parimatch account which are still not reflected in my balance. My user id is *********
On * February ****, * February ****, ** February **** and * March **** I deposited *,***, *,***, *,*** and **,*** respectively via UPI. All these transactions were successfully completed from my side, but none of these amounts have been credited to my Parimatch account to date.
I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support and was told that “the team is working on it”. However, despite the time that has passed, I have not received any concrete solution, detailed update or correction in my balance. This situation is causing me financial and mental stress, as a large total amount has been blocked without any clear explanation or resolution.
I request that you urgently investigate these four deposits, confirm the successful transactions, and credit the full amounts (*,*** + *,*** + *,*** + **,***) to my Parimatch account without any further delay. If for any reason you are unable to credit the balance to my Parimatch account, I request an immediate refund to my original UPI source and a clear written explanation of what went wrong.
I expect this issue to be treated as a priority and resolved at the earliest, as the delay so far is unacceptable for such significant transactions.
