Byju - Byju s Recruiter rude interview

I just spoke with Riddhima Sahai from Byju's. And that was quite possibly the rudest interview I have ever been a part of. She was pointlessly curt too many times. When I gave a broad answer to her question, she just rudely pointed out that she had asked something else. And if I asked for her to repeat something, she rudely said 'Are you not able to hear me properly since the beginning of the interview?'. She kept putting words in my mouth, misinterpreting what I was saying and somehow made it about me. She's clearly too frustrated to be working on a Sunday or with her life in general. And when I did the mock call, and I finished it, she said 'Aise sell karoge kya?' so rudely. And when I said maybe the parameters weren't clear to me, she again got very rude and said 'So you think I'm the one who's wrong?'. I didn't say anything to her, but I have a horrible taste in my mouth. She was way too rude with every passing sentence, ready to take offence. A good HR would never dream of speaking to any prospective employee like that. She was offended to be even talking to me. And she has zero soft skills. And I've had similar problems with a man called Akshay Patel who got so rude to me over absolutely nothing but a simple question. These two completely killed any enthusiasm I had about this job. Is this how you attract talent? Just because you're on the giving end of a hiring process, doesn't mean you get to play God. If all you have is kids working with you, who have no control over their manners, and if this is the kind of unprompted, toxic behaviour you promote, then I would never even dream of working with you. Fix your staff.
