I recently recharged my VI (Vodafone Idea) sim with a ₹** add-on pack for *GB of data, valid for ** days. However, I discovered that the recharge was completed even though there was no active running plan on my sim. Typically, other service providers do not allow add-on recharges without an existing plan. Consequently, I am unable to utilize the benefits of the add-on pack. Despite multiple attempts to contact VI customer support through their helpline and Twitter, I have received no response. I received a message asking me to DM my details, but there has been no resolution. I seek urgent assistance to either activate the add-on pack or refund the deducted amount.
