Hello Team!
I made a complaint to HDFC bank regarding fraud transaction on *st June'**. It's been ** days and HDFC bank replied (We had already responded by sharing the beneficiary details, via letter to your registered mailing address with the bank by Bluedart under awb no. ***********.). In the statement, it's showing the money was withdrawal using micro ATM and HDFC bank provided beneficiary details to me, I never used Internet Banking and Micro ATM so how can I transfer money to any beneficiary. And how beneficiary details can help me, please help me in getting my hard earned money back. My home branch manager name is Deepak H Arora (Mo **********).
